On November 22, 2024, the Bicol ENT Society (BESt), alongside partner organizations and donors, provided relief to communities heavily affected by Typhoon Pepito in Barangay Guiamlong, Caramoran, and Barangay San Rafael, Pandan, Catanduanes.
